Communication is key?

The level of fail within the communication is sometimes breath-taking.

"Please contact us for specific banners relating to this"

"Can I have a banner relating to this"

"Er no we don't have any"

As ways of increasing communication increase it's important that it's backed up with sane and sensible options.

Don't communicate if you can not provide anything further.

And sometimes there's just too much in too short a time to be able to make sense of it.
